I had this too, or at least I assume we had the same one.  Music I couldn't ID, though it sounded like harder rock to me, then into talk, including a Pennsylvania address.  I couldn't make out more than that, although there was an ID in there - darn static!  Huge carrier though.  Off at 0414.
