fair signal with maybe 10 seconds of looping audio of male & female voices saying something in a weird sing-songy cadence

After I typed that, a new looping message came on "Hello, Hello, this is a radio test. If you can hear me, put your finger in your mouth"

Great stuff to be hearing after 1 AM!  :)

Faint modulation in the noise floor here. KiwiSDR 2 and 148' LoG.

Switched to manual gain control. Now hearing the"Hello, hello..." line over repeating audio. o.0

0530z - Talking (a skit?), laughing, etc.
0535z - Looping audio.
0538z - Back to the "Hello, hello..." and loop.
0542z - Music. SIO 333. ~S5.
0548z - Gomer Pyle clips into sound effects.
0549z - Off air?
