Empire Radio, 0219 - 0225, 10.22.13, 7295.YL, music, OM, dramatic music (sounded like movie music), about 2 min. dead air, "Empire Radio.  Empire Radio broadcasts on 7295 kilohertz.", off.

I can't find anything that would indicate that this was anything other than a pirate.

Tried to hear this one when Markokpik mentioned it in chat. Good S5 signal level, but I had no audio other than what might have been bleed from 7305. I must've tuned in during the dead air.  Off around 0247z.
