Via G8JNJ SDR, first noted because there are/were also Asian fishermen chattering away on 30.000 MHz FM and there's a carrier on 29999.35 kHz.

These guys are on 30000.0 kHz LSB.  30.000.0 MHz LSB lower side band, actually, 29999.9 kHz sounds a bit better.  So maybe they're just using the highest frequency their radios can go to?  I've noted guys using 30.000 MHz USB before, but this is unique.  29.999.9 MHz 29,999.9 kHz 29999.9 kHz LSB chatter.  Likely freebanders.  Pretty severe QRM from the fishery radio chatter on 30.0000 MHz FM [CSQ] and due to the various carriers on/around 30.000 MHz.

U.S. East Coast, various HF/VHF/UHF radios/transceivers/scanners/receivers - land mobile system operator - focus on VHF/UHF and 11m
