1937 Fair copy here.

Not sure if a pirate or CBer / bootlegger. There's a fair amount of skip coming in from the UK now on their CB band, which also uses FM. Their channel 40 is 27991.25 kHz in fact.

1959 UTC song in and out of the noise.
