I saw that on the waterfall of the Brookfield WI sdr and clearly heard a male saying the names of meat such a turkey, goat, sausage etc. It was mildly amusing but as a Vegan and sometimes a Vegetarian I wish he had said the names of fruits, vegetables and grains instead.

2337 UTC: All sorts of audible chaos, with a mix of slowed down and sped-up voices, an interval signal-type tune, and a male voice saying at the end: "It's time to end the message of the great (inaudible word, maybe "divine"?).

OM repeating foods, also heard "bam bam bam" in the background, and "charlie sierra". This sounds like one we also heard a few years ago?
