Not sure if this is a pirate or not.  Possibly it is not.  Playing "American Girl" at 0149.   Now into another song at 0154.  

KVOH relaunched tonight at 0100, so not sure if this is a pirate goofing around over them or not, as there are two programs on frequency and only one is supposed to be there.

Huge signal.  Tuned into Tom Petty song at 0202z and song abruptly cut out and then into a Christian song.  KVOH ID a minute late "Voice of Hope, Los Angles, CA."
