Radio Zeleny Glazh (Radio Green Eyes)

400 watt student station from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUCI).

Hearing music, and now a YL and OM talking. Weak, S1 or S2, but little or no noise, so not too bad overall.

This station is only on Fridays, 1200 to 1500 UTC.

Just to give a more precise definition: that was Radio MTUCI via transmitter of Radio Zelyonyy Glaz (Radio Magic Eye). But you can try to send reception report to "Magic Eye" to: arb {a} radiostation {dot} ru

It's latest information from their Russian-language forum and personally from the owner of the Radio Magic Eye. QSL cards have been printed on this Monday at last.
