ID @ 0248z.  Not bad for 10 watts in New Jersey.  Seems to be playing bits of country music.
Some qrm from a presumed pirate. 
Mexican music faded in at 0254z, so a real hodge-podge on the frequency tonight.

Kept an eye on 1710 last night, but nothing but an occasional weak carrier with no audio heard.
