Not so. Russian UT testing with audio. At other times, that kind of UT sends pulses, about 36 pulses per minute, on a 2 KHz wide channel. That makes me think it's an over the horizon radar, with possibly more complex waveforms in a near future.

Good thing I like the song because they play only one song.
Big into SWDX late 70s through early 90s, then forgot about it and when I returned via SDRs it wasn't at all what I remembered, but I'll deal with it. Grumble, grumble. All SDRs acknowledged, nothing is from my own radio.
