- Here is a very interesting situation, recorded somewhat by accident in IQ format.
 I open this file in the Console V3 program, maybe you will succeed, and it is worth seeing the image and audio.

   0912 UTC 6218 I receive a strong signal but it is not the UT Ru test melody as usual on this channel, but a digi file in Stanag format (in my opinion- see enlargement).

 I hear the RU Mil network reception control.
