UNID on 1710.009 kHz with continuous R&B songs, S3-S4 signal.  This doesn't sound like the "W807" Chicago station to me, but I could be wrong.  No announcements heard yet.  Signal still hanging on despite the sun coming up now...

Hearing some music on 1710.1 AM here. Above and below the noise floor.
1517z - Sounds like a song with a female singer
1541z - Celine Dion - Theme from Titanic
1600z - still going - seems to be continuous music. No ID
