0021  Very strange random tones and music notes. Loud. S9. I think this is fishfone wannebe radio ?

Picking a bit of this up too. Very faint, but I could see how it can cause major QRM in this area. Strange tones and such.

I heard this too. There was some sort of music on it for a while. Other nights (Over the last few weeks) there has been some sort of "party" going on. Sounded  like the bar was open!

Likewise fair here, but clearly audible.  

In addition to that station (or possibly part of that?) there is some random talking - not English - but not the peskies either.    Not sure if it is part of the broadcast itself or not.
