Frequency may be closer to 29758.8 kHz, 29.7588 MHz USB produces the best results.  Two stations, informal QSO, seems like one OM and one YL, possibly freebanders just using a super secret squirrel frequency.

FSK signal right on 29.760 MHz is making copying the QSO extremely difficult.

QSO continuing at 2000 UTC.  Listening via the W3HFU SDR (900 foot sky loop).  The band is open to Latin America.  FSK signals likely from waverider buoys.
