0228:  Sounded like an ID for "Radio Free Euphonia"
0233:  Confirm ID as "Radio Free Euphonia" followed by ambient type music

Signal is strong but mostly buried in waves of static. 

0242:  Switched to Kiwi Westminster 250 trying to get better reception.  Sounds interesting and hope I can pick up a clearer broadcast some day!
