Can't say I've ever heard this station before. At first I thought this might've been a native American station I heard years ago coming in from AZ, but after listening for a while, came to the conclusion that this was an Asian language I was hearing. Eventually, I heard a callsign, which upon looking up further confirmed what I was hearing. Coming in very well into MO tonight with periodic fading.
