Late SDR recording catch 2356-0309 UTC.

2356 Carrier came on, the Hudson County TIS Of Doom WQFG689 is unfortunately dominant on 1710 kHz.
0000 Time pips heard - makes me suspect this might be Community Radio Network?
0304 OM "testing one two.." - Not sure if this was the pirate or WQFG689.
