Fair/good on Canary Islands SDR, combination of single syllables and whole words in UnID east european language, female machine-generated. No stronger on Hungary SDR but lower noise. Switched to USB 0215, 0220 off.  Recording at https://voca.ro/1mmFq8Um5Z5V.

Big into SWDX late 70s through early 90s, then forgot about it and when I returned via SDRs it wasn't at all what I remembered, but I'll deal with it. Grumble, grumble. All SDRs acknowledged, nothing is from my own radio.

This is NOT an SPY NUMBERS station but one of those Ruzzian VOLMET stations in aero band (either TYUMEN or SYKTYVKAR).
