Chinese Jammer 6865 AM 2330 UTC 31 JAN 2025

Really not sure what I got here, the audio is so weak-- but there is some music creaping up out of the noise at times, and what may be announcer voices-- maybe someone else can get a better read on it. At first I thought it was just peskies fooling around...

Signal about S-8 on Traverse City SDR, but hardly any audio

038- Hearing vocal OM audio as well, but can't copy. Maybe peskies, but sounds more like a recording.
039- Musical jingle, I believe.

This frequency frequently has CNR1 on it trying to jam SOH. It's not always audible out west here, but I've come across it on several East Coast SDRs in recent months.
