1846 disco, 1849 DJ (Finnish I think), music, noisy, heard in USB (some RTTY on loweer sideband)

no real ID (and too hard to check with 6170)
2002 checked : // with 6170, better on 11690, but the lower sideband is still disturbed by some RTTY
