Tuned in at 0023 on Barrington Hills IL sdr with weak S7 signal, off suddenly at 0027 after short ID,

Via a recording.  As noted, the OP was hard to understand.

At 0009, there were two "sentences."  Using Audiology (and I am a complete novice with Audiology) to slow it down, the first sentence was, approximately, "Number 48th minute" and the second was a cypher.

AT 0026, there were two "sentences."  Again using Audiology to slow it down a bit, the first sentence, a few words, was as mystery.  The second was "You are listening to Sky Pack Radio, 43 grand."

Then the first few words of "Sky Pilot."

Quite a good signal here on the SDR recording.  I heard an ID of "You're listening to Sky Pilot Radio on the 43 meter band" at 0027 sign off.
