Little Emperors QSL/Note

A couple of months ago, the group Little Emperors broadcasted a concert on Channel 292.  After a reception report to them, they replied to me with an email promising an eQSL (received shortly thereafter and posted here) and a QSL (upon design, printing, and international mail).  I heard them on 9670.  It arrived today in its own envelope.
