Radio Thailand National and Global News in English by Male/Female announcers with Bangkok Airways and EVA Air Commercials.

SINPO; 22222.  RADIO THAILAND with English service to Indonesia.   OM/YM/YL with news and features.   Lousy  250 kw 9385 khz signal at 12:05 Z (06:05 local).  AZ: is 132 degrees via Udon Thani, but Being smack dab on the gray-line you would think it would be better.

No improvement or deterioration  by 12:20.
