1428 Still receiving this, but way too weak to ID anything.
1446 Repeated IDs... synthesized voice, so that plus the weak signal makes it impossible to decipher here.

I went back and listened to the ID loop again. I think it was "This is the Ravisher Project", which is a station we've heard before.
