Via a recording.  Their carrier popped-up at 2043, but I, as others, did not hear any audio until 2045.  Almost 35 dB over the noise here.  The noise was remarkably low here, at minus 121 dB.  It has not been that low for weeks.  I'm not sure of the bandwidth:  certainly 8000 Hertz, but I don't think 10K.  I listened mostly at 9000 Hertz.  35343 in Wyomissing.
