SDR recording catch

2355 Carrier came on, Hudson County TIS Of Doom also on frequency.
0002 OM speaking? Not sure if this is the pirate or TIS
0004 PSA about glaucoma, short music intro, then a YL speaking.
0010 Voices speaking over occasional music, I suspect a radio drama of some sort.
0200 "We now present our National Anthem" - So I suspect Community Radio
0202 Off
