Hi. Here, in Northern France, I picked-up this UNID radiostation with a signal strengh of 2/12 LED and a SINPO of 35333 at 16.34 U.T.C. The operator broadcasted disco, techno music, "Radio GAGA" at 16.37 U.T.C. It was only a test. Good D.X. Benoît.
