I am thinking you meant 232 UTC as 2232 UTC on March 2 has yet to happen as of my reply.  If I am correct, you received the WRMI relay of Maravillosas Pallabras (I think Colombian origin), I am not familiar with their programming.  WRMI broadcasts 19 hours a day on the 9955 frequency.
