« on: March 04, 2025, 0102 UTC »
0101 UTC Hearing a 1980's song I forgot the name of...fading in and out of the noise floor...qrm from peskies on LSB
0104 UTC Unid tune (signal is at best threshold when the peskies aren't killing it)
0110 No audio detected, but still have a weak carrier...I switched to USB at 0112 UTC and there is threshold music
0115 UTC "Hello Again"-The Cars (Getting some whipped cream aerosol ute QRM now)
0123 UTC "Suffragette City"-David Bowie
0126 UTC OM with ID possibly? May have been peskie bleeding over from LSB...followed by "Love Is a Battlefield"-Pat Benatar... Nice above the noise floor peak during the song
(ID thanks to posters who have better ears than me!)
0130 UTC "Ride My See-Saw"-Moody Blues
0135 UTC Music is buried in the noise here now

Thank you Liquid Radio!

112- Faint electric guitar rock music, unfortunately drown out here by strong LSB pesky QRM.

Nice up-fade at 114:

114- "Dreams" by Van Halen.
115- A different classic rock tune.

Fair-ish via the Atwater, Ohio, SDR when tuned in USB ...

0113 UTC: "Dreams" by Van Halen.
0115 UTC: "Hello Again" by The Cars. Ric Ocasek's voice is pretty distinct even when the audio's weak!
0119 UTC: "Don't Let Him Go" by REO Speedwagon. Now listening via the Northern Utah SDR, which also is getting only a weak signal, but the reception is quieter than farther east.
0122 UTC: "Suffragette City" by David Bowie (easy to recognize this one, as it's from a great album).
0126 UTC: Canned Liquid Radio ID that included sound clips, then "Love is a Battlefield" by Pat Benatar.
0130 UTC: Quick ID into "Ride My See-Saw" by The Moody Blues.

Thanks, Liquid Radio!
