0138 utc: Moving in Stereo - The Cars

Looks like we're running C-QUAM again tonight. The pilot tone injection is a bit weaker than last night. Not hearing much for stereo separation though. Platform motion on the Kiwi doesn't help.

ot's a work in progress need rework on the phase modulator and balancing my left and right ch's last night it was hard on the left ch thanks for the signal input  8)
