0226  Hearing some kind of folky music, bluegrass guitar,  partly under some kind of UTE interference on that frequency
on the HFU bigloop SDR

Quite a bit better on the Traverse City SDR at 0231, and the ute inteference is mostly gone here:
http://kiwi.k8bmz.net:8073/     Mostly over S-9 signal there, but lower audio, with vintage jazzy music, circa 1940s-ish--
"Come back to the Delta"---

0239 Jimi Hendrix! all along the watchtower.  Know that without Shazam...

0249--- a little talk, Sounds like "Outhouse Radio", I recognize your voice, amigo, but tougher reception tonight---
into 'Roadhouse Blues' cover

0254 SSTV, which I am not set up to decode,
then into more obvious Hendrix,
"if I was 6 or 9"

0301 A little more chat, sounds like about his transmitter, then a clear "Outhouse Radio" ID,
into "Last Train" by Blues Travelor

"OH MY GOD, freakkin dead air!!"  into "hear my train a -comin" by Hendrix at 0305. lol
(if you speak up into your microphone like you did just then,
that was much easier to copy! otherwise it is rather low tonight)
YEAH, I AM PAYING ATTENTION!!! jajajaja
0313 SSTV.... guess I need to figure out how to decode these things,
I only learned how to create them and have since forgotten,
although the program is still here somewhere...

0317 "Sitting on the top of the world" ~ Blues Traveler

Good to hear you again tonight, amigo!

Seems like these late night trips to the Outhouse are becoming a habit!   JAJAJAJAJA
The SSTV posted by others says
"no matter where you go, there you are"--
(but i think he meant to say
"no matter where you are,
there, you GO"  :D )

Since he keeps announcing it, I will post that Outhouse is using a
Xiegu G90 transceiver, rated at 20 watts SSB... currently being sold on Amazon
with several different options..  Yeah, I had to Google it myself,
but rather impressed with the options.

Signal audio seems to improve at 0325, with a more modern sounding tune which stumps Shazam...
but signal peaking to 10 over S-9 at times.

0334 "Monday Monday" - Mamas and the papas--
know that song from my early childhood in the back of my mama's car...
signal still peaking over S-9

0335  "Happy trails to you, until we meet again", and into another blues tune.
Off around 0342.

Solid S7, loud audio and good bass,  but a little distorted or over modulated.
0219 The Black Train by The Devil Inside
0221 couldn't identify
0228 .... my Shazam isn't working
0233 .... still can't ID any songs... are they AI?
0235 You Got Me Runnin' (feat. Crystal Bowersox) by Blues Traveler
0238 All Along the Watchtower by Jimi Hendrix
S8 now,  and audio sounding better
0242 SSTV (I missed it, but someone else got it... Outhouse Radio?)
0244 can't ID song
0246 Drifting by Jimi Hendrix
0249 "No matter where you go,  there you are. Outhouse Radio."
0249 Roadhouse Blues (feat. Mickey Raphael) by Blues Traveler
Digging all the selections... even the old timey stuff at the beginning. Sounding good with not much fading at all. I must be in the right spot and OP sounding like he's got pretty decent equipment.
0253 SSTV

0254 If 6 Was 9 by Jimi Hendrix
LOL.. did I hear Xiegu G90? Surely you're not running barefoot!
0301 Last Train by Blues Traveler
0305 "OMG its dead air!"
0305 Hear My Train A-Comin' by Jimi Hendrix
0314 SSTV

0316 Sittin' on the Top of the World (feat. Warren Haynes) by Blues Traveler
0321 SSTV

0323 Spanish Moss by Justin Johnson
0332 Monday, Monday by The Mamas & The Papas
0335 Happy Trails by Van Halen
0339 OTA

0313 SSTV.... guess I need to figure out how to decode these things,

If you're already tuned in to a KiwiSDR or WEB-888 SDR, all you need to do is click on "extension" and select "SSTV" in the dropdown. Do this before the SSTV transmission begins (just have it running the whole show, which I forgot to do until after the first one). It will show up in the top pane and autocorrect slant and everything. It's a built-in feature of these SDR's. I have the WEB-888 and listened on my phone. Every image I uploaded I screenshot and cropped from my phone. Isn't technology wonderful? Wish I had this in my 20's. LOL
