Good morning. At 16.26, I picked up this UNID radiostation in Northern France with 7 dB and a S.I.N.P.O. of 45434. I.D. at 16.28 as "Radio MARKIES" with and by a echo-mike. Then it played the title "It's a raining day". Off at 16.31. Benoît.
