6890 USB
2340 UTC, I'm guessing this is still Mix Radio International. Signal improving here in Texas to the backyard portable. Good audio.
2344 UTC, yup, Mix Radio International ID
2355 UTC dance remix of Carpenters Superstar
0010 UTC Mix Radio ID
SINPO 44233, good signal peaks, some fading, mostly obscured by regional t-storms.
0024 UTC Mix Radio International ID
SINPO 44333, slightly stronger peaks, a little less QRN
0042 UTC, Never Think Twice, by Club des Belugas and Lene Riebau.. First song loud enough over QRN for Google and Shazam to ID.

Good signal in Western New York     SIO 545

0040z  "Never Think Twice " (Clube de Belugas) (thanks Shazam)
0044z  "Mix Radio International" (no mention of Radio 48)
0049z  "Thanks for tuning into Mix", followed by "You're the Love (Jojo Effect) (thanks Shazam)
0053z  "Thanks for listening", fopllowed by "Aha" (Jojo Effect) (Shazam, again)
0100z   "Beep, beep" sfx, maybe a song intro, a bit of fading now, Shazam not working..
0905   "Mix Radio International World Wide"
0910z  "With the finest mix of the finest songs ... Mix Radio International World Wide"

I don't believe I have ever heard MRI NOT relaying Radiio 48. Maybe there have been lots of MRI broadcasts, but I hven't heard it without R. 48 til tonight. Interesting! Cool!

Thanks for previous QSLs!

Thanks for that song ID. I couldn't pick it up clearly enough here for Google or Shazam song IDs. Dig that R&B funk guitar sound. I need to see if I can mimic it on my old Fender amp.
