SDR recording catch, came on shortly after WENO went QRT.

0239 Carrier appeared
0240 Unshazzamable music, about an SIO 322. A fair bit of t-storm static.
0244 Another song
0245 ID, more music.
0249 ID
0253 The music has a folk music sound to it, but Shazam is unable to ID it.
0308 Big fade
0322 Off?
