Radio Havana Cuba is currently doing tests on 13780 AM to replace two of their former frequencies in Spanish, so far no distortion unlike on 6000 AM

RHC via Titan Quivican transmitter.  6000 khz @ 02:42  Z.  EIBI says English service but it was YL in Spanish hosting talk.
