FEBC Manila Philippines via Bocaue. Female host Indo language with comments during native music program. Decent signal into SW Florida this morning with some fading SINPO 3/5/4/3/3.  Logged with RTL-SDR Dongle V4 into 60' Loop-on-Ground antenna feeding K-480WLA.
