S 4 to 5 with moderate noise via  University of Twente Netherlands Web SDR.

Good evening. Radio Monique Int. was picked up here at 11.02 U.T.C. with a signal strengh of 6 dB and a S.I.N.P.O. of 45344. Good indoor reception in Northern France on 6285 KHz. B.L.
