Via a recording.  Tuned in at 2244 to faint music that was unusable.  Checking back from time to time, it never got any better over the next hour and fifteen.

Happy Trails, the clucking chicken, and ID and the thunder were just usable at the end of the broadcast.  OTA at 0004.
