S 2 to 3 with severe noise and fading via University of Twente Netherlands web sdr.

Good morning to you all. This radio station was picked up with a signal strengh of 3 dB and a S.I.N.P.O. of 35332 during a very hard and difficult indoor reception here. Good D.X. from B.L.
