0217-- S-9+ on Nebraska SDR, but fast fading on the audio-- nice on the high side, down to practically nothing on the low side of the fade.

0222-- S-6 to S-7 at NE Arizona SDR, but less fading on the audio  http://azwhtmtns.proxy.kiwisdr.com:8073/
Now best reception of Liquid on the SDRs that I have checked, very nice at times...

Slightly audible at my house (doublet at 30 feet/9 meters). Here is a recording started at 0247 UTC. ID at approximately 1 minute into the recording. (The slight murkiness and clicks come from the DSP IF noise reduction.): https://voca.ro/17jAEsmjlD03

Time to start looking for an SDR, me thinks.

0501 - TX off.
