Russian utility test 6319 USB 1935 UTC 27 APR 2025

Good morning. I picked up with 1 dB and a S.I.N.P.O. of 15322 this UNID radiostation in U.S.B. (or was-it a beacon ?) broadcasting russian music with a talk which I couldn't understand as the signal was too poor and weak. This broadcasting was music in loop. The frequency was 6319,1 Khz. 19.45 : Gone. B.L.
