I have been using online receivers because my 7mhz dipole came down in a storm and after my stroke on 3 June 2024 I can no longer get up on a ladder to fix it. Also too much neighborhood noise. Via a recording, then live listening.  Their broadcast began at 0002 with Latin/Mexican music.  There a several seconds long excursion up to 6987 and the back t0 6980.  ID at 0005, including, roughly, "transmitting in Radio ?????? Libre."  Another ID at 0010.  3000 Hertz bandwidth fit perfectly.

45454 in Wyomissing.
