S 4 tp 5 with moderate noise and fading via  University of Twente Netherlands sdr. Set Filter to 7.44 kHz.

KÖLSCH IN DIE WELT was scheduled for 10.00 UTC and I heard it loud and clear then!
From 12.00 UTC onwards some old programs were aired as "CHANNEL 292 Program"
