Tuned in at 0425 to hear a lot of static, but with music playing.   Take away the static, and reception would be quite good into Masset, BC.  Still, it's only approaching LSS now.

Via a recording, I first heard music at 0352, but I could not tell if the program was in-progress or had just started.  Unusable until about 0426.  "Just usable" afterwards.
