Barely audible out west via the Northern Utah SDR, but I'm listening to a S9-S10 signal via the Traverse City, Michigan, SDR ...

0221 UTC: YL with ID and email address announcement (radiofreespirit@protonmail.com), then SSTV transmission, which my app isn't decoding through the noise tonight.
0224 UTC: Another SSTV transmission; was able to decode "6953 kHz USB" over a ghostly image.
0226 UTC: British-accented woman talking about memory and "Ghost Tape No. 95" and playing old audio in the background.
0230 UTC: "The Eastoner" by General Midi.
0234 UTC: YL host with ID and telling listeners to get ready for another SSTV transmission, which then followed.
0236 UTC: "Utopia" by Alberto Costas.
0239 UTC: "Ramblin' Man" by Lemon Jelly started, then YL host with ID, email address, and talking about tonight's program on Ghost Tape No. 95. The song then continued.
