Prefacing this with the fact I am a complete beginner in this hobby so apologies if this is an obvious one.

Using a digital SDR in Sydney Australia

 I heard this signal from around 1000 UTC and gave up on it around 1100 UTC. At first there was some Chinese sounding language played around the signal every few mins. Chat gpt said its a military ALE signal? I tired decoding it with sorcerer but honestly i didn't know what i was doing aside from what chat gpt told me to do and couldn't get it to work. What do you guys think it is?
