late edit : several reports found for 6170 and/or 9800 in parallel, non-stop music around 1200-1400, no ID

07.57 : Blank carrier with S 5 and a S.I.N.P.O. of 35433.
08.30 : I found out again this blank carrier.

Note : Could it be Radio HORIZON or Radio DELTA International ?
