It's not in AM at 2147, it's actually in USB. (There is a carrier on 7000 as well but there is often a blank carrier there.) Alternating in a slavic language (likely Russian) and English (with some bad grammar).

That's right, I was in SAM which picks up sideband well enough that I didn't realize it was USB. But I do think the other language is Italian because he says "uomo a uomo".

I agree that it could be Romanian rather than Italian. Still going 0042, changing frequency between 6999.3 (and then 6998.3) and 7000. Gets zapped by radar-type thing sporadically, and maybe it's the same station alternating between the two (which would make it more likely that it's Russian) but I think I can hear traces underneath. I am wondering if "self amplified boxes" is a bad autotranslation of something that makes more sense in the other language, whatever it is.

0104: It's Italian rather than Romanian-- if you put "global health at risk" into Google Translate and look at the results in the two languages, what the guy is saying is clearly the Italian one. It's "self-amplified toxins" not boxes...someone above noticed that but I didn't until I put it into a transcription service, which heard it better than I did.
