I don't know how it happened but I wound up on the RTI German Service email list.  This broadcast test and schedule was in my email today (software program translated from German):

"Dear listeners,

Radio Taiwan International plans to broadcast its German-language program again this year from its transmitter in Tamsui.
RTI will broadcast 10-minute test broadcasts on Saturday, June 28, at the following times on the following frequencies:

Test broadcasts: on June 28, 2025 (Saturday)
Times in UTC (CEST = UTC+2)
15145 kHz (1700-1710 UTC)
11995 kHz (1715-1725 UTC)
11995 kHz (1730-1740 UTC)
9550 kHz (1745-1755 UTC)

We ask you to monitor the test broadcasts and report your reception observations to RTI: Email: deutsch@rti.org.tw

Two frequencies will be selected from the above frequencies for the live broadcasts.

Official broadcast dates:
(Half an hour on one frequency from 1700 to 1730 UTC, half an hour on the second frequency from 1730 to 1800 UTC):
