0218: several men talking, still too weak/noisy for details, did hear the word "shortwave"

0155 S3 here with faint audio.
All reports given are direct from my station in NYC.
Main toys are a Flex 3000 SDR, Icom 756 Pro II and other assorted odds & ends. They may be older, but work very well for me.
